Tom and Chee will no longer be moving into the space next to DiBella’s on Bridge Street in Dewitt.   This is due to a lawsuit between the building owner and franchise owner (which has been recently dropped).

Instead, Flawless Image, will be taking over this space later in August. Flawless Image is a medical aesthetics company, specializing in body contouring, liposuction, and other services.

Blaze Pizza, the fast growing quick-serve pizza shop chain backed by LeBron James, is reportedly looking for sites in Central New York.  The company is on track for $1.1 billion in revenue by 2022.

According to a spokesman, they “do not have any sites under development yet, but territory has been awarded to an experienced multi-unit franchise partner who is actively looking for great real estate sites that meet their criteria”.

Syracuse Retail News: All Star Alley & Tavern + Tilted Kilt

All-Star Alley & Tavern is slated to take over the space previously held by Revolutions, which closed back in January at Destiny USA (located on the third floor of the mall’s Canyon area).

Besides a 24-lane bowling alley with couches and large projections screens, the entertainment venue will offer made-from-scratch dining, two full-service bars, private VIP areas, billiard tables and arcade games.  The menu will be created by TMG Corporate Chef Brad Rishmany.

All-Star Alley & Tavern is expected to open later this month.  A portion of sales each Sunday for the first month will be donated to to local charities and not-for-profit organizations.

Syracuse.com has reported that Revolutions, the bowling alley and restaurant/bar in Destiny USA, is set to close today.  This is unexpected news, as I was just there this past weekend.

However, Destiny USA is expecting it to reopen under new management, and are hoping to make an announcement soon regarding the details.

Here is the statement the mall released:

“Following several months of discussions and an agreement reached by both parties, Revolutions at Destiny USA will be closing for business on Tuesday and reopen under new management. As one of Destiny USA’s first entertainment attractions, we sincerely appreciate the collaborative efforts of the Revolutions team in helping Destiny USA evolve into the region’s top international tourist attractions. We look forward to making an announcement in the near future regarding an exciting, new attraction.”
